We have had issues with how much exactly we had in the SGR as pertains to the hunger situation in this country. Allow me to request the Minister to take advantage of the KFA properties that are situated across the country and enter into a pact to be able to give these farmers an opportunity to sell and store their crop for purposes of helping other Kenyans in areas where they are unable to produce food."
