    "content": "Who is trading on behalf of the farmers as we speak? We have brokers and businessmen who do not know how to even grow maize. They cannot feel the pain maize and wheat farmers are growing through in this country. If we can have this institution in place, we shall have the farmers producing enough food to feed Kenyans. I want to say that this Motion has come at an appropriate time and the Government should assist this institution by injecting the Kshs1.4 billion and there will be no food shortage and starvation."
