    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Minister for Agriculture should have come in earlier to address this concern and assist this body to come back to life. We are told that what is required is only Kshs1.3 billion. If you consider how much we spend on buying food, you will realise that this is just a small fraction of the amount of money that we set aside in every financial year for purchase of food. If we put that money into the KFA, this body will come back to life and will help us a lot. With those remarks, I beg to support and urge the Government to take a quick step to assist this body."
