    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, we must be able to produce enough food for ourselves. We should be able to produce enough food because we have a large pool of people who are well trained. We have many universities in the country. We can train our own people to do all this. So, we have the human capacity, and we need to put it into proper use in order for us to do this. We are asking the Government to release of Kshs1.3 billion to the KFA. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
