    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would want to add onto the same statement. While the Minister is addressing the issue, he should also indicate what he is going to do to the fishermen whose boats have been sandwiched and stranded. They are not able to get their boats out and they have no other means of survival. I was in Lambwe and Homa Bay last week and fishermen asked me to ask the Government what it is doing, especially to those who are by the shores, to help them remove their boats and fishing gadgets. What is the Government doing in the short-term, to help them survive when the hyacinth is in place?"
