    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The matters canvassed are very genuine and very current. While communicating the response to the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs, I also want to remind the House that we are expecting the electoral rules and regulations which are supposed to be submitted within six months before the elections. Those rules and regulations are being worked on. They will contain all the matters that have been requested for discussion and approval by the House. While we are waiting for that, I will communicate this to the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs and we can have a holding response by Thursday, next week while we get the comprehensive issues covered within the electoral rules and regulations which are being worked on. I can confirm that those rules and regulations are already being worked on for tabling in this House before the end of this month."
