    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) will also accelerate economic and social development. Without this, our country will not be able to effectively carry out oil exploration. Now that we have discovered oil in certain areas of this country, the private sector will be welcome to accelerate oil exploration for our own use and for export. We need to make sure that once oil is available, the local communities, county governments and resources from the national Government are allocated in an accountable and transparent manner, without causing unnecessary political turmoil, as experienced in Nigeria."
