They will also be expected to start other cities in the other counties. Fulfillment of this role will require real commitment and implementation by the Government, so that the benefit of this partnership will be realized by the Kenyans. As earlier mentioned by hon. Mungatana, we will require expanded university education in this country. We require more universities. As we welcome more private investors, they will be expected to conduct their businesses in this country in a sober manner and in a caring environment. We noted recently that our university students are misbehaving by engaging in criminal activities. This will deter further investments in this country."
