    "content": "agreement will be resolved. For example, if a public body enters into an agreement with a private investor, who will resolve their dispute, if any? I have looked at this Bill, but I do not see any mechanism of dispute resolution. We do not have to assume everything will be perfect. I believe at the Committee stage, we should look at dispute resolution mechanism. It will be important to come up with dispute resolution so that we maintain investors’ confidence. I urge the Minister to consider this at the Committee stage."
