    "content": "(b) Following a reconciliation meeting at the District Labour Office, Thika, on 11th April, 2012, and attended by the management representatives of Kenya Chemical and Allied Workers Union and the affected workers, a mutual agreement was reached to reinstate all the seven workers by 2nd May, 2012. The management immediately implemented the agreement and sent reinstatement letters to all the affected workers. However, the workers declined their reinstatement."
