Member says that the whole thing is designed to make sure that their employment keeps on shuffling them from one end to the other end so that they can lose their benefits. If you work for one company for “X” number of years and then another for “X” number of years, then you cannot have the cumulative one. That, most likely, is prejudicial to the employees."
