    "content": "However, more importantly, the Turkana Wind Power Project which has commenced and is aimed to produce 300 megawattss of power to the nation, cannot proceed. It has actually stalled because of the inaction of this Assistant Minister. The Government and the World Bank is willing to give the project money, but because there is supposed to be a guarantee and transmission lines by the Government, that has not happened. I want him to come and tell us, when he returns here, what he is actually doing to ensure that, that project is on course."
