    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on Tuesday, in addition, the House Business Committee (HBC) will consider the need to fast track the following Bills which are critical for implementing the provisions of the Constitution within the framework of the 27th August, 2012 deadline. These are slated for First Reading today and we will consider for fast tracking for Second Reading next week. These are:- (i) The National Intelligence Service Bill (ii) The National Security Council Bill (iii) The Leadership and Integrity Bill (iv) The Petitions to Parliament (Procedure) Bill We shall also be considering the Teachers Service Commission Bill at the Committee Stage, I believe next Tuesday. Finally, the HBC will meet on Tuesday, 14th August, 2012, at the rise of the House to consider business for the rest of the week."
