    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would therefore want to urge the Minister--- That is because every time we have intervened, those are the issues that we have raised. We do not want to be rushed with issues that will create a problem for this country later. That is because hon. Members are very busy. Indeed, the Minister has indicated that he knows that the Committees that are dealing with these Bills will be retreating this weekend. I sit in the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs that will be dealing with one of these Bills, but I am not aware of any retreat this weekend. I know that we will be put back through the same rush. I would urge the Minister, even though I am supporting grudgingly, for any subsequent Bills on constitutional implementation; that he needs to hasten."
