Members to have the same understanding that it is important to shorten the time for purposes of compliance. So, this is basically to appeal to all colleagues that we support this shortening of the time, for purposes of being effective and also efficient. That just makes us read faster and, probably, do focus groups and understand better. I do not think that there is any mischief intended."
