    "content": "When you look at the Fifth Schedule, you find that The Assumption of the Office of the President Bill is one of those Bills that must be passed. We urge Members to support this Bill and pass it, so that those who will be tasked with the heavy responsibility of having to attend to the President-elect, or having to form a committee that will oversee the very critical process of the transfer of power, will have clear procedures, timelines and a very respectable ceremony, established by law, to follow in the transfer of power. With those few remarks, I beg to second."
