    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am still concerned that we seem to be talking and placing to higher Heaven the reforms in the Judiciary and in Parliament but, taking into consideration the case of the last elections, if I decide that I am not going to court, even if that court is good, what good will it do to the transition period? I want to make a radical proposal: Since we now say that the Judiciary is good, can all the presidential candidates sign some binding document indicating that, in case of any dispute after the elections, they will go to court, and not to the streets?"
