    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, many countries that have gone the way that we are attempting to walk, in terms of providing a clear law and clear provision on assumption of office, normally indicate very clearly a place or venue that becomes the standard venue for this kind of ceremony. In the US, for instance, we know that this ceremony will always take place at the capital, and it is clearly indicated so that we know in advance. We will know the security arrangements to make; we will know the protocol that goes into preparations for the venue and so I believe this law should be amended to clearly indicate where the assumption of office would take place."
