Following your advice on full consultation by the Ministries concerned, the Minister for Lands, the Minister for Roads and the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife, alongside with our technical personnel, held a meeting. We formed a technical committee whose membership was drawn from the three Ministries. The matter is very weighty. The report we got from the technical committee is that they need another two weeks to give us a comprehensive statement which I will present to Parliament. So, I beg that the hon. Member obliges."
