    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Minister, it is unfortunate that he wants to claim before this House that he is glad that he released that money on 10th August. 10th is the day that the schools closed for August holidays and, definitely, the operations in our schools must have been affected in one way or another. Could the Minister confirm to this House that, in future, beginning this September, the money shall be released to schools at least one week before they open? That is what happens in private institutions. They receive all the money before the students report to schools. That way, children from very poor families can also enjoy and be able to compete favourably with the students from private schools? Secondly, could he table evidence to show that the money has been released?"
