"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I had clearly indicated that even before this Motion came to the House, the Ministry of Education had raised this matter with us. It was time to review the individual allocations and we are in discussions with the Ministry to see how much is required and how much the country can afford and, therefore, I would like to thank this House for putting those recommendations that there should be an increase. However, I have discussed this matter and, definitely, there shall be an increase; but in the next financial year. So, this one has already been overtaken by events. But the matter is actively being discussed and we shall be guided by the figures that the House has recommended."
