    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, last year in October, a young man by the name Nicodemous Mwanzi from Yatta was shot by soldiers in one of the states in South Sudan. He was in his 30s. This year barely two months ago, a girl from Makueni by the name Tabitha Musangi was also shot by soldiers. Now a doctor has been killed by State officers. Surely, we hosted South Sudan as refugees in this country for long and even protected them when they were fighting for their rights. Could the Government of Kenya negotiate with the South Sudan Government to get an assurance from them that Kenyans living in South Sudan will be protected?"
