    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the eastern part of that State, it is an isolated case. In the Republic of South Sudan, since 2008 to date, we have had about 24 Kenyans killed in that period. This year alone, five Kenyans have been killed. That is why, when we were dealing with international relations, as a Minister for Foreign Affairs, I have taken the necessary step that is required under the International Relations Co-operation, to bring to the notice of the South Sudan Government of Kenya’s displeasure at the manner in which Kenyans are being killed without any reason whatsoever."
