However, the Member requested that I table a copy of the Attorney-General’s letter dated 4th November, 2010 that was recommending that the file be placed before a magistrate to be heard, determined and finally disposed of by way of public inquest. Further, the Member wanted me to table the magistrate’s ruling, proceedings and the witnesses’ testimonies. I, therefore, wish to table a copy of the Attorney-General’s letter dated 4th November, 2010, and the magistrate’s ruling and the testimonies."
