    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I still insist I have not contradicted myself in any of my answers. I have just said we have cast the net wide. The hon. Member is supposed to be a fisherman and he knows what it means to cast the net wide. We have chances of catching more fish within that net. The Ministry has commissioned two competent companies to begin studies after which now we will move prospectively to know what exactly we are supposed to do. If it touches any community which may be required to give up some of the land or their property, then the procedures of compensation are obvious."
