    "content": "asked the Minister for Public Works:- (a) why it has taken so long to complete and handover the buildings at Central and Kondele police stations as well as the staff houses in Kisumu, which are over 90 percent complete, considering that sufficient funds were allocated for the projects; (b) whether he is aware that, due to inefficiency and lack of proper supervision, the police staff houses in Kondele have been built without kitchens and, if so, what steps he will take to rectify the anomaly; and, (c) when the buildings will be completed, in view of the negative effect of the delay on the morale of the officers who are currently living in deplorable housing conditions."
