    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. It is possibly better that I also bring to the attention of the House the fact that the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs as well as the Constitution Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) are already seized of this matter. We were due to actually present a report today but, owing to the nature of the matter, we are likely to do so on Thursday. I am not sure whether the Minister, by coming and making his own response to this, it will not been anticipating the report that the Committee is about to actually present to this House. So, really that is a matter of procedure that I am raising on a point of order."
