    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am actually appearing before the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs tomorrow on the same matter. I believe that whatever I will be delivering before this House on Thursday will be basically the same as what I will be submitting before the Committee. So, perhaps, in the interest of saving time of the House, if we could wait for the Committee Report after getting what I will be delivering before it, and then the hon. Member and House can interrogate that Report which will basically be on the same matter."
