    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. This Bill has up to 50 Clauses. I think because of the history of the Government Printer, this must be another sneak-in from the Government Printer. But I am sure Parliament must note that the current situation in Government printing is where they sneak foreign clauses into Bills. So, I think Clause 51 should be covered and Parliament must take note of what is happening at the Government Printer."
