    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is very important that I take this opportunity to thank the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology, its Members and the entire Membership of this House, and to particularly congratulate the teaching fraternity of this country because the TSC has now come of age. It is an independent Commission, created under Chapter 15 of the Constitution. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will also be failing in my duty if I do not call upon the TSC to ensure that they now implement the National Government Policy on Tuition to make sure that tuition is stopped in all schools, and that principals of schools that violate the policy are subjected to proper disciplinary processes. There are some schools which are now even telling pupils to dress in civilian clothes while attending tuition. So, I want to join the House in supporting and congratulating the country for this particular endeavour."
