    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I congratulate the Minister for bringing this TSC Bill. Definitely, it will enhance the performance of the TSC which has been steered very well by its Secretary since 2004. With regard to holiday Tuition, it should have continued until January when we would have given teachers adequate notice to cover the syllabus. It is a pity that in the middle of the year, we have stopped it. This will not help our students considering rural villages where the Chair and I from. We always find students on the road walking home because of lack of school fees. When will they cover the syllabus unless we allow them to have tuition?"
