    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, while I congratulate the Minister and the TSC for a job well done, there are two issues that I want to address. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the deployment of teachers by the TSC needs to be looked into. Some of the regions in this country have a surplus of trained teachers and others are suffering the shortage of teachers. Domesticating teachers does not help the national goal of giving us quality education. The TSC should come up with a policy to make sure teachers are evenly deployed in this country. Arid and semi-arid areas should not suffer shortage of teachers. Again, those teachers that are trained to teach and they have continued---"
