    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, maybe, hon. Kabogo has copies of other letters. If I can just read--- This is a letter from Superfoam Limited to employees and it reads:- “RE: REINSTATEMENT Following the reconciliation meeting held at Thika District Labour Office on 11th April 2012, you are, hereby, informed that you have been reinstated back to your positions as machine attendants in Tapage Department as per our earlier letter to you dated 1st November 2011effective 2nd May.” Then you go down to the last paragraph which reads:- “All other terms as per your letter of appointment dated 23rd August 1991 will remain the same.” Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you have seen the copies of the letters, it is very clear. I am assuring hon. Kabogo that the employees will be paid. That is why we are holding the cheques. It is part of our responsibility to get the cheques from the employers and transmit them to the employees. It is part of our working arrangement."
