Last year in December, I invited the former Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education to my school called Mogori Girls Secondary School. We visited the school, it was upgraded to a national school and he promised that those schools will get Kshs12.5 million by September. Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead the House that the Ministry has not budgeted for these funds?"
