    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I can confirm that all funds for the Chemususu Dam have been allocated. There is no problem as far as funding is concerned. The hon. Member knows very well that we had problems because of the heavy rains there and right now, the work is on course. We expect that by 20th December, the whole dam will be completed."
