"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for the indication that the dam will be completed. But the Ministry has always been lagging behind in some of the commitments that it makes. I remember it confirmed that a dam in my constituency was going to be completed before July, and we are now in August. Now that he has confirmed that Chemususu Dam will be completed by 20th December, to give those people a Christmas gift, could the Assistant Minister then give an undertaking today that between 20th and 25th, he is going to commission that dam, so that the people of that place can enjoy that water?"
