(b) Have any suspect (s) in connection with the murder been apprehended and arraigned in court? (c) Is the Minister further aware that the residents of Machakos Town are living in fear due to increased insecurity in the town, and if so, what measures is the Government taking to ensure that security in the town is enhanced?
