    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have given this assurance several times and I can give it again. We will try to register as many youths as will come out to be registered by December. Even in December, some will be turning 18 years and so we will continue with the programme. In this programme, we will want to register as many youths as possible. In fact, in Arid and Semi-Arid Areas (ASALs) is where we put a little more money for the Registrars to move around because we know the distances to be covered. We have also given them newer vehicles because we know that they have to move longer distances. So, we are taking particular interest in making sure that ASAL are covered like other areas."
