    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Prime Minister for his answer. However, on the issue of Turkana Central, I want to ask what the Government is doing in respect of the illegal dam that Ethiopia is building across the Omo River which will stop water from flowing into Lake Turkana. Damming the river is against the Nile Treaty and every other treaty. It suppresses the riparian rights. What is the Government of Kenya doing to protect our people in Turkana and ensure the continued existence of Lake Turkana?"
