    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, you have heard the Prime Minister claim that the damming of Omo River is not going to affect the flow of water into Lake Turkana. Is it in order for him to either deliberately mislead this House or accept to be misled by his officers when it is a fact that whenever you dam a river, it affects the flow of water downstream? The Omo River is the only major source of water for Lake Turkana. Its damming will affect the lives and livelihoods of about 500,000 Kenyans."
