In this House, sometimes, when we hurry debate--- When this House resolved that Kenya shall become a one-party State, there was a Member like you who was telling me: “ Tosha.” I wish I had spoken longer because what went on record did not sufficiently absolve me of the sins of that Parliament. So, I want to use this opportunity to make the point. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, with those remarks, I beg to second."
