    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I had a good mind to oppose the Motion, but on reconsideration, I am supporting the Motion for the reasons that we need the Committees to engage with the public especially over the first three Bills which are of fairly serious nature. There has been public outcry on The Leadership and Integrity Bill and the Committee will need time to engage the public. For those reasons, Parliament needs to discharge its duty of allowing the members of the public to participate. I support the Motion."
