    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me thank all the hon. Members who have contributed and assure them that we have taken note and we will use the HANSARD to strengthen where the laws are obviously weak. I accept that unless we have stiff penalties, our laws will be violated. I am also aware that we actually brought in this to try and deal with some of the issues that have been raised here. We will benefit from what has been said here. Apart from the penalties we need to have more clarity on the clauses that have been put here. We will do our best and make sure that this Bill comes up for the Third Reading as quickly as possible, so that we can begin to implement the law. I thank everybody and you too, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, for being so generous with time. With those few remarks, I beg to move."
