    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am really disturbed by the behavior of this Government. On 6th August, 2010, a 12-year old school girl was knocked down by a British army truck, killing her on the spot and the driver never stopped. The body was just collected by the police and buried. In this particular incident, these are morans who were just on their own errands outside the gazetted military training area. For how long will the Government continue allowing the British Army to kill Kenyans, especially the pastoralists, on their own land just like guinea pigs and no action is taken?"
