    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as a consumer and as part of the regulatory framework in the Ministry, we are going to begin to address these issues with the individual companies. They are supposed to be giving us a report on the improvements they have made. So, if there are any improvements made, we will probably bring amendments to the Act, so that we can have stiffer penalties for those who do not comply. I agree with the Members that these operators make money on the basis that the people expect better quality of services. So, because of our consumer behavior, a Member like Eng. Gumbo who has asked this Question is very aware that we raise issues of such nature. I would like to congratulate him because he makes us aware of our consumer behavior. We consume things without sometimes questioning how we are treated in the process of consumption. So we are going to be very particular and keen on these things. The next report is going to come out and I hope that it will be possible to bring it to the House again, so that we know that the people are represented in this House and when they seek quality service, they get it. On our part, we are going to be stricter with the operators than you have seen before."
