This programme was meant to construct jua kali sheds in all constituencies in Kenya to benefit the youth of the Republic of Kenya. Since they returned the money, we have had the Budgets of 2010/2011, 2011/2012 and now we have 2012/2013. Could he assure the residents of Mosop that the money is factored in the 2012/2013 Financial Year? When is he going to release this money?"
