    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what I want to say has a direct bearing on what hon. Isaac Ruto has just said while on a point of order. This week on Tuesday, I received a notice inviting me to attend a meeting of that Committee, and I wrote to the Clerk drawing his attention to the fact that as far as I am concerned, I am not a member of that Committee and that unless matters that were raised are addressed, and addressed satisfactorily, the meeting should not take place. As far as I am concerned, that meeting did not take place. There has been no further official communication. Under those circumstances, is hon. Ruto in order to raise an issue that right now is only a rumour?"
