I can recognize Mr. Chanzu, Mr. Ogindo, Mr. Keter, Mr. Duale, Mr. Mbadi, Mr. James Maina Kamau, Mr. Kiuna, Mr. Njuguna and Mr. Keynan. We cannot take all those in the time that we still have. It would actually take the rest of the day if we were to accommodate all those hon. Members. Given the strategic importance of this matter, and the quantum of it, at least measured in monetary terms, I will direct that it be referred for investigation to the joint committees on Transport, Public Works and Housing, Budget and Finance, Planning and Trade. The three of them should work together and inquire"
