(a) Is the Minister aware that the late Master Jotham Njoroge Wainyari, a class five pupil at Miugu Primary School, was hospitalized for two months in Kenyatta National Hospital before passing away on 3rd July, 2012? (b) Is the Minister further aware that the hospital has threatened to bury his body after refusing to release the remains to the family for burial, even after the family and friends had managed to pay Kshs25,000 out of the total bill of Kshs172,000?"
