    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have not been inflating figures. Once a patient passes on, the body is taken to the mortuary. I think that as a Government, and particularly the KNH, we have been spending money to buy chemicals to preserve these bodies. As a Government we have tried to minimize the pain. We have come up with a policy that all those who will not be able to pay hospital bills, we are going to intervene. We have waived some of the bills on several occasions. We will continue doing so."
